For 2025, paper checks will still be accepted, but not by mail. Last Day to accept paper checks will be May 1st. Echecks will be only accepted payment after May 1st.
The mailed checks for 2024 took several weeks to a month to arrive and often had many calculation issues that needed to be addressed. If you prefer to pay with a paper check vs echeck, there will be several in person drop off times between now and May 1st.
Please follow the directions below:
1- Complete the 2025 dues form.
2- Note your total for your payment before closing out your form. Click SUBMIT.
3- Pay with electronic check (you need bank account numbers on hand, not a credit card)
For the echeck option, you will need your checking account and routing number at the time you complete the form, before visiting the payment portal.
Or, complete the dues form and bring your check to a planned board meeting (dates already scheduled below but could change).
Jan: Mon 27th @ 7:30 pm Marathon Gas Station meeting room across from St. James
Feb: Mon 24th @ 7 pm Marathon Gas Station meeting room
March: Sun 23rd @ 6 pm Marathon Gas Station meeting room
April: Paper check drop off dates: April 29th 6:30- 8:00PM at WO Marathon gas station
and May 1st 3pm-6pm at the pool.
Payments made after May 1st will be subject to a 10% late fee and paid using the echeck process.

Orchard Hill Swim Club is a private summer pool with a fun family atmosphere located in Colerain Township at 8617 Cheviot Road. We are a not-for-profit organization run by a volunteer board of dedicated members. We have celebrated over 50 years in our community. Operated by a professional congenial staff, Orchard Hill Swim Club is focused on providing a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for club members and their families. With plenty of trees, canopies, a grill, picnic tables, 6790 sq. ft. pool, three diving boards, mushroom, pickleball courts, a basketball court, Concessions, etc. Your entire day can be filled with a variety of recreational activities. The Orchard Hill Orcas Swim and Dive team competes in the Private Pool Club Swim league (PPSL) against other clubs in Greater Cincinnati.
Membership Information
Orchard Hill Swim Club is a private swim club and one must be a member. Everyone that joins must pay a bond. We have three types of memberships: Single, Single Plus One and Family.
