Guest passes 2026:

Guest fees:

Guests fees are for guests (ages 3 and older).

$7 per guest Mon through Fri

$10 per guest on Sat and Sun

Guest passes can be purchased in advance via the MemberSplash portal or at the gate (cc on file or cash).

For credits on the portal: $1.00 = 1 credit

Example: 10 x $1 credits are needed for $10 guest fee.

Guests must come to the swim club with a member.

Members will review all pool rules with guests and are responsible for their guests adhering to the rules while on Orchard Hill Swim Club grounds.

Parties 2026:

Orchard Hill is a great place to host team parties, birthday parties, and family get

togethers. We aim to offer a safe and fun place to bring people together and enjoy the

summer season. We welcome our members to bring their people to share in our

awesome vibe and cool water. Reserve your spot and let us know what we can do to

help your event be successful.

Party fees: $7 per guest that are not members (ages 3 and older)

Party guidelines:

Parties are considered any group with 7 or more guests for 1 membership, or 12

guests or more with multiple memberships in a group.

Parties must be scheduled with pool management to ensure lifeguard coverage

is sufficient.

The maximum time for reservations is 5 weeks in advance, minimum of 48 hours

notice.

Care will be taken not to schedule more than one party at the same time or on

days where high attendance is expected.

Payment to be made minimum of 48 hours prior to the event for the event to be

confirmed.

Fees apply to 4 hour increments.

All party guests must pay a fee of $7.00/guest/4 hours when paid in advance and

$7.00-$10.00 if paid at the door.

No private parties on holidays.

Rain outs can be rescheduled or 50% refund.

How to schedule a party:

1. click on the Party Reservation form tab.

3. Someone from OHSC will send a confirmation email that your party

is Reserved

4. Pay via the Membersplash portal under Payments > Party Fees or drop a check

at the gate more than 48 hours in advance of your event.
