Parties 2026:
Orchard Hill is a great place to host team parties, birthday parties, and family get
togethers. We aim to offer a safe and fun place to bring people together and enjoy the
summer season. We welcome our members to bring their people to share in our
awesome vibe and cool water. Reserve your spot and let us know what we can do to
help your event be successful.
Party fees: $7 per guest that are not members (ages 3 and older)
Party guidelines:
A party is defined as:
- 7 or more guests under one membership, or
- 12 or more guests across multiple memberships attending together.
All parties must be scheduled through the Pool Managers.
- Reservations may be made up to 3 months in advance.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
To help manage attendance, parties must be approved by management and may not be approved on days with anticipated high attendance.
A $50 deposit is required to submit via credit card and confirm a party request. This fee helps cover additional lifeguard staffing for the event.
- If the party request is not approved, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Once a party is approved, the $50 deposit becomes non-refundable.
Party fees are charged in 4-hour increments.
All party guests are subject to a fee of $7.00 per guest, per 4-hour increment.
Private parties are not permitted on holidays.
In the event of rain or inclement weather, parties may be rescheduled or refunded at the Manager’s discretion.
- Cancellation requests must be made the morning of the scheduled party.
All party guests are expected to follow all Swim Club rules and policies.
Once your party request has been approved and the deposit has been received, the remaining balance may be paid at the gate on the day of the party by ACH, credit card, or check. Instructions will be in your confirmation email.

3. Someone from OHSC will send a confirmation email that your party
is Reserved
4. Pay via the Membersplash portal under Payments > Party Fees or drop a check
at the gate more than 48 hours in advance of your event.
