> Parties are considered any group with 7 or more guests for 1 membership, or 12 guests or more with multiple memberships in a group.
> Parties must be scheduled with Membership Committee.
> The maximum time for reservations is 5 weeks in advance, minimum of 48 hours notice.
> Care will be taken not to schedule more than one party at the same time or on days where high attendance is expected.
> Payment to be made minimum of 48 hours prior to the event for the event to be confirmed.
> Fees apply to 4 hour increments.
> All party guests must pay a fee of $5.00/guest/4 hours when paid in advance and $7.00 if paid at the door.
> No private parties on holidays.
> Rain outs can be rescheduled or 50% refund.
