Orchard Hill Membership Waitlist

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Orchard Hill Swim Club! You are receiving this email because you submitted an application for membership.

For the first time in many years, Orchard Hill has reached our preset maximum number of active memberships. As a result, all new membership applications received since the beginning of early June have been placed on our waitlist. Applications will be held in the order they were received, and those on the waitlist will receive the first membership opportunities that become available for the 2027 season.

In the meantime, the Board of Directors will evaluate our average daily attendance and pool occupancy in mid-July of this year to determine whether we can responsibly offer a limited number of additional memberships for the remainder of the 2026 season. While we cannot guarantee that spots will become available, we wanted to make you aware of this possibility.

If you are offered one of these limited memberships, you will be contacted by both email and text message. Members who accept a late-season opening will pay the standard initiation fee plus 50% of the 2026 membership dues. You will become a full Orchard Hill member immediately and will be included in the priority renewal process for the 2027 season.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to balance strong membership interest with providing the best possible experience for our current and future members.

Why You Should Join Orchard Hill Swim Club?

Orchard Hill Swim Club is a private summer pool with a fun family atmosphere located in Colerain Township at 8617 Cheviot Road. We are a not-for-profit organization run by a volunteer board of dedicated members. We have celebrated over 60 years in our community. 

Orchard Hill Swim Club is focused on providing a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for club members and their families. With plenty of trees, canopies, a grill, picnic tables,  6790 sq. ft. pool, three diving boards, mushroom feature, pickleball courts, tennis courts, a basketball court, concessions, etc

The Orchard Hill Orcas Swim and Dive team competes in the Private Pool Club Swim league (PPSL) against other clubs in Greater Cincinnati.

Costs (2026):

Family:  2 adults and all the children in the family unit

$300 initiation fee

$730 annual dues

$110 caregiver option

How do I become a member?

REGISTER HERE

>  Create a profile and select what type of membership you are interested in

• Offered Family =  2 adults and the children in the unit

• Offered Single +1 =  1 adult, plus 1 additional adult or 1 child

• Offered Single = 1 adult

*caregivers are able to be added to Family and Single +1 accounts for additional fees 

> You will receive a confirmation email that your application was received, and you will automatically be entered on Orchard Hill's waiting list.

> Once the Membership Committee gets a notice and reviews your profile, membership will be "offered" and you will get an email that allows you to sign a waiver (see below), pay the initiation payment + the dues for membership (also see below).
